What type of information are available in the stock workflow :
- SKU/EAN (our internal barecode)
- Items designation
- Size, when applicable
- Short product description
- Weight
- Retail price
- Sell price (your cost)
- Suggested resell price (price you shall sell on your website, without any obligation. initially set up with a multiplier of 1.6 from the sell price, but you can update that ratio at your convenience. Although we suggest to keep this as low as possible to remain competitive, considering you do not support the entire cost of the structure, logistics, not the stock itself)
- Links of each pictures relative to the items
- Quantity in stock
Is the stock always updated in real-time ?
- If you use the XML Feed or the REAL TIME CSV with permanent downloadable linkto link our database to yours, then your website will always show the exact stock that we have, in real-time. All other formats only show the stock at you download it. You can download it as often as you want.
- Other format (XLS or CSV) will request you to regularly update the files. This will provide you with an instant view of the catalogue, and we recommand to update it at least once a day.
