How to proceed with an order ?

Every time you receive a confirmed order from your customers, you need to log into your Dropshipping account to book the items.

You can book items one by one, either by browsing the entire Wholesale shop, or simply by typing the SKU code in the specific form that is accessible only once your dropshipping account is activated.

  1. On confirmation of your cart, you will receive an automatic response by email, with your purchase order, showing the “ship to” address. (Order status: “pending, shipping being quoted”)
  2. We will then quote shipping cost and send you your final proforma invoice with payment instructions. (Order status: “confirmed, waiting for payment”)
  3. All goods are in stock and ready to ship worldwide within 24-48h after confirmed payment by Paypal or bank transfer. (Order status: “payed, packing in progess”)
  4. Lastly, we remit the box to the forwarder and you receive an automatic notification of your tracking number. Invoices are accessible into your account. (Order status: “shipped and terminated”)
