How to generate a dropship delivery ?
At the 2nd step of the order confirmation, fill in the “Ship to” address:
- Goods will automatically be shipped to that address.
- Tracking number will be sent to the email of the “bill to” address.
A/ Deliveries within EUROPE VAT Registered countries :
- Immediate Dropship:
You can place 1 order for every item you sold into your website, and request us to make the delivery directly to your customers.
Shipping cost will be quoted for each order separately. (French Post COLISSIMO with tracking number for all shipment to any area in FRANCE, or UPS with tracking number for any EU cities)
In such case, each order is shipped directly to your end-consumer, with no marks on the boxes (blank shipment).
Invoice and tracking numbers are sent to you for each order separately.
You will provide your customers with your invoices, delivery documents, and the tracking number we would have previously provide you with.
- 7 Days Fulfilment:
You place 1 single order to group several products you sold to several of your customers.
At the end of the 7 days pending period the order will be automatically closed.
The entire package will be delivered at your warehouse (1 shipping cost, 1 tracking number).
Then you will dispatch the products to your customers.
B/ Deliveries outside EUROPE VAT Registered countries :
We do not provide "Immediate Dropship" (blank shipment) to end-consumers based outside EUROPE VAT Registered countries.
In such situation, we recommand you to use the Fulfilment method, to collect several orders from several of your customers.
At the end of the 7 days pending period, the entire package is shipped directly at your warehouse.
Shipping cost will be charged only once. (UPS with tracking number).
Taxes and import duties will apply when goods will enter into your country, and will be at your charge.
For customs purpose, shipment will leave with our invoices and marks on the boxes.
Also applicable for FRENCH WEST INDIES (Martinique, Guyanne, Réunion, Guadeloupe).
