What about returns ?
Although the Dropshipping service leads us to deliver directly to your customers, we remain in a B2B context. Thus, our general terms of trade apply.
- Once and order is confirmed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or refund.
- Likewise, goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged, unless we previously agreed, especially in case of a manifest mistake from our side, or in case of defective product.

All claims must be done within a 48 hours delay from delivery date, BY FAX (+33 494 866 823) or BY EMAIL, including order number and nature of the problem).

After that delay, sale is considered as final (= closed).

Before returning any product, buyer must obtain return merchandise authorization from Eceelot.

No such returns of any type will be accepted without such prior authorization.

Any products defective due to mishandling are not accepted for credit or exchange.
- If your terms of trade give your customers the right to return the items for any other reason than a deffective product ; such as customer don't like colour, size is too small or too large or any other matter that belongs to your business relation with your customer, then you will need to handle the returned items by yourself and offer the relative support to your customers. We are your logistic partner, the customer is yours.
