Fulfilment: a special feature for "Private sales"

1. You may promote part or all of our catalogue on your "private sales" website during a certain time (generally 3-5 days), and collect orders from your customers, and request us to ship the whole order at your warehouse in one single shipment at the end of your promotionnal campaign.
2. This feature gives you capacity to add items one by one, every time you get a confirmed order from your customers.
3. Also give you capacity to cancel items if one of your customers has cancel its order before shipment is made.
4. NOTA: it is not allowed to use the fulfilment method to pre-block stock, and such orders we will immediately cancelled.
   

What is the "pending order" lifetime?

1. From the 1st item you will add to you cart, you may add or remove items from the cart within 7 days.
2. Items in the pending order are confirmed and will not be sold else way.
3. At the end of the lifetime, order must be confirmed and paid for, or cancelled without penalties.
   
4. To add/cancel items, select the order that status is "pending", and follow instructions.

What benefit from the fulfillment (group order) ?

1. This feature is suitable to non-eligible dropship delivery countries. (Reminder: blank deliveries to the end-consumers is applicable only if the final delivery address is located within EUROPE VAT registered counties).
2. Practically, you can group all orders booked at your website within the basket lifetime period, and have the entire order delivered to you at once. Dispatching to your final customers is at your charge.
3. You will sensibly save on the shipping cost considering shipping that shipping 10 times 1 kilo is cost relative much more expansive than shipping 10 kilos at once.
